Recycled Aggregate & On-Site Crushing
Recycled concrete aggregate for active construction sites, access roads, laydown areas, and other civil uses — where approved material can cut trucking, disposal, and quarry demand.
Recycled Crushed Concrete
Construction generates concrete, and construction consumes stone. The conventional answer is to haul the old material to a landfill and truck new aggregate in from a quarry: two trips, two environmental costs, for one job.
We'd rather close that loop. Recycled crushed concrete (RCC) lets us reuse what's already on site, cut the hauling, and keep good material out of the landfill. It's the environmental side of Blue Mountain Construction, and it supports the same heavy civil and renewable-energy site work we perform in the field.
Where a project requires it, material can be processed to meet applicable project or DOT specifications — so recycled material can go back to work without giving up compliance.
Produce it. Crush it. Reuse it.
1 · Production for sale
We produce recycled crushed concrete and sell it: good material, recycled and ready to use. Available sizes can include 2A modified, 3B / #3s, and other modified gradations when the material and job call for them.
2 · Recycling as a service
Have concrete to deal with on your own site? We'll bring the crusher to you. You pay us to process it, and you keep the material, ready to reuse on the spot with nothing hauled off.
3 · In-house reuse
The most natural fit. On our own sites we can crush removed concrete and reuse it to spec, finishing the job without a landfill run or duplicate quarry order. It's where our recycling started, and the reason we believe in it.
A service and a source.
We sit on both sides of the market: we recycle concrete as a service, and we produce the recycled product for sale. That's deliberate. It reflects how we use RCC on our own jobs every day.
Recycled crushed concrete comes in the sizes the job calls for: 2A modified, 3B / #3s, and other modified gradations when available. Material is processed to DOT specifications where the project requires it.
